Monopile gripper

For this Offshore Wind Vessel we have supplied the drive and control system for the monopile gripper and noise mitigation system. Besides these tools the ship is als equipped with a active tugger damping system. For this application we supplied the 2 sets HPU, tugger winches and hydraulic cylinders.

Flange Pile Upend Tool

For this flange pile Upend tool we supplied the drive and control system. Within a very tight schedule we delivered a 400kW hydraulic power unit, electric driven screw jacks and 36 pcs hydraulic cylinder.

Secondary steel installation tool

We have supplied the drive and control system for an installation tool. Besides the 130kW engine driven HPU we supplied the slewing drives, winches, hydraulic cylinders (16 pcs) and the control system.
